Chefs at Chatz Brasserie, PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur will be cooking up nostalgic ‘kampung’ dishes, bringing back memories of a mother’s cooking during Ramadhan. To reminisce these moments, a daily highlight of 18 types of porridge will be showcased at the main buffet line and dessert corner, such as Bubur Lambuk Sayuran, the famous Lobster Porridge, Bubur Menguh Bali and Bubur Kacang Hijau Durian. Kerabu, Grilled Fish, Barbecue Whole Lamb, Ayam Percik Iftar, Briyani Tanam and Satay will also be among the multitude of dishes offered. Other Malaysian and international dishes include Chicken Rice, Fried Lobak, Keropok Lekor, Dim Sum, Char Kway Teow, Baked Oyster, Seafood Thermidor and Seafood Foo Yong Egg.
